Day 20: A song that you listen to when you’re angry

This couldn't be more perfect, cause I'm kind of angry and tired right now. My 5 hour-shift was turned into a 10 hour-shift today (again!) and however it seemed that noone appreciate the fact, I was working my ass off. Last time - I swear! So, I'll put on The Veronicas with "Everything I'm not" and I hope, I'll be a little happier afterwards :)

Like you're so perfect
And I can't measure up
Well I'm not perfect
Just all messed up.

Well, I'm losing many seconds right now :(

Und damit ist für heute Schluss :)

Star-Style: Jessica Alba

I really love Jessica Alba's style. She even wears perfect outfits when she is at the playground with her little girl. And she always knows how to combine her clothes with accessoires. Like me she also loves to wear scarfs, maybe that's the reason why I love her outfits so much!

How do you like Jessica's style? And do you like her outfit in the last picture? It's quite easy to copy her style:

Some of you also might remember the post about Vanessa Hudgens and her style from last week (click here). How would you like it, if "Star-style" would become a constant part of my blog?

Day 19: A song from your favourite album

My favourite album definetely is Cassandra Steen's album "Darum leben wir". I could listen to it all day long. Cassandra Steen is a great singer with a great voice and this album is just incredible. I love it!

Nichts geschieht ein zweites Mal
Das kann nicht sein
Alles ist nur einmal da
Auch wenn es nicht so scheint
Und ich sag zu dem Moment: geh nicht vorbei
Bleib noch
Du bist viel zu schön

Day 18: A song that you wish you heard on the radio

Maybe you remember the post about my favourite song (click here). It was a song from Kate Voegele. I really love her songs and it's quite a pitty that barely noone knows her songs here in Germany. She is brilliant and I love her lyrics and voice so much. I definetely wish I could hear songs from her on the radio.

Bridesmaids (Brautalarm)

It's raining and cloudy and also little too cold. It really doesn't feel like summer, so there isn't a better thing than going to the movies. I saw "Bridesmaids" about two weeks ago. I went to a sneak preview with my boyfriend and fortunately they showed "Bridesmaids" (Brautalarm).

The story:
Annie (Kristen Wiig), is a maid of honor whose life unravels as she leads her best friend, Lillian (Maya Rudolph), and a group of colorful bridesmaids (Rose Byrne, Melissa McCarthy, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Ellie Kemper) on a wild ride down the road to matrimony. Annie's life is a mess. But when she finds out her lifetime best friend is engaged, she simply must serve as Lillian's maid of honor. Though lovelorn and broke, Annie bluffs her way through the expensive and bizarre rituals. With one chance to get it perfect, she'll show Lillian and her bridesmaids just how far you'll go for someone you love. (Source: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1478338/)

My opinion:
I loved the movie. Guys had their own bachelor-party-movie "Hangover" since ages, so why shouldn't girls have one too? "Bridesmaids" really can be compared to "Hangover" and it really is as funny as it. I haven't laughed so much since ages. The characters are great and the situations, they have to deal with, are just funny. It's a great movie for a girl's night out and even my boyfriend enjoyed it. It really is worth watching it, love it!

Did someone of you see the movie already? How did you like it?

Day 17: A song that you hear often on the radio

A song that I hear almost everytime I turn on the radio is definetely Cassandra Steen feat. Adel Tawil "Stadt". I love that song and I love her voice, so it's definetely a good thing. It always makes my day!

I met Cassandra Steen at a concert sponsored by New Yorker in 2009

last week's payoff

Actually I wanted to write this post yesterday (like every Sunday), but my boyfriend spent the whole day playing poker on my computer, so I have to write my weekly payoff today.

1. All my thoughts go out to the people in Norway. It's so indescribably what happend and I'm speechless.

2. It's July and it's so fucking cold, I can't believe it. I'm wearing scarfs and sweaters... in July?!?

3. I still can't believe it's all over :(

4. An egg belongs to a perfect breakfast on Sunday mornings!

5. I started to watch One Tree Hill again. I love it and it's one of the best series I've ever seen!

6. I didn't play poker for a while til last week and then I lost with an ace and a king, damn it!

7. I love hot chocolate with cream, especially these days, brrrrrrrr!

Day 16: A song that you used to love but now hate

There isn't much to say about this one. Keisha "Tik Tok"! I really liked that song in the beginning, but I really can't stand it anymore. I hate listening to it... hate it, hate it, hate it :)

They tried to make me go to rehab, but I said "No, no, no!"

I was quite shocked when I heard the news about Amy Winehouses death a few hours ago. Although I think it was just a matter of time because of her lifestyle and all the drugs she did and alcohol she drank, I really think the world has lost a great musician and woman, that didn't know that she was destroying herself. R.I.P †

Harry Potter - it all ends

I know that there are already hundreds and hundreds of posts about Harry Potter (it must be annoying for those of you, who don't like Harry Potter) and I also know I'm a little late. I saw Harry Potter last Friday and although it's more than a week now, I still can't believe it's all over.

Before we went to the cinema, I went to Vapiano with my cousin and my sister. We had yummy pizzas and - of course - Arizona Icetea. It was so delicious and it was nice, because we had the time to discuss all important stuff about Harry Potter. And since I was the only one, who had read the books, I had to answer a lot of their questions about the horcruxes and the Deathly Hallows.

But now, about the movie: It really was the best of all Harry Potter-movies, but however I wasn't satisfied at all. I love the books and I really enjoy reading every single word of it. So, when I'm going to see the movies I'm always a little dissapointed because they leave out parts, which are important to me, or they change parts, which is hard for me to understand. And sadly, it was the same with the second part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Don't get me wrong, there were some really amazing scenes, that I liked a lot. For example I liked the part, in which Hermione, Harry and Ron are in Gringotts and steal Hufflepuff's cup, and I really liked all the scenes at Hogwarts in the end. But I didn't understand why they changed the kissing-scene of Ron und Hermione (I really liked it better in the book). And I didn't like the way they showed or didn't show the dead. In the book it is really important that Harry sees Fred dying.  And grieves a lot for him and Lupin and Tonks.
And the last scene.... 19 years later...how bad was that?!? I loved that scene so much in the book, but I was just dissapointed when I saw the movie scene. I mean they have so many great make-up artists, but they cannot manage to make them look a little older or different? It was quite weird. Nevertheless, it was/is a good movie, although I liked the book better.

And now? No more books to read (I alwasy re-read the books before the movie started) and no more movies to see. It's hard to believe it's all over now. I loved Harry Potter and his wizarding world. I loved reading the books and being a part of that wizarding world myself. Right now, I'm reading the House of night-books, but I think I will start all over with the Harry Potter books, when I'm finished. I'm going to read them in english this time and not in German. I really think I will read them over and over again my whole life and I really can't wait to read them to my kids. Yes, Harry Potter always was, is and always will be a part of my life!

And I've still got one thing, I'm looking forward to and I'm dreaming about: One day I will go to "The wizarding world of Harry Potter" in Orlando,Florida!

Day 15: A song that describes you

If there is a song that describes me perfectly, is definetely Bruno Mars' "Lazy Song".  Yes, I'm for sure the laziest person in the world and I could lay in my bed all day, the whole week! If I wouldn't know I'm a human being, I could really be a sloth - and I'm so sad, I'm not :( Today I don't feel like doing anything, I just wanna lay in my bed...

Day 14: A song that no one would expect you to love

Well, I know it's not really the music someone should listen to at my age, but I really love some of Miley Cyrus' and Justin Bieber's songs. Shame on my old ass! I guess no one would really expect that, especially because of my age :) So I chosed Miley Cyrus "Party in the USA" as a song that no one would expect me to love! I really really love that song and I'm always in a good mood, when I listen to it.

Vanessa Hudgens - I love her style

Did you see photos of the premiere of Vanessa Hudgens' new movie "Captain America: The first avenger"? I think see looks gorgeous and I really love her dress. Although I don't like her short hair so much, I still love her style. I love the way she combines her clothes with accessories. And I love the fact, that she is wearing a comfy outfit with jeans one day and a hippie outfit the other day. And the best of all, it's easy to copy her style.

How do you like her style? And what do you think of her new hair-do?

Day 13: A song that is your guilty pleasure

Dear lovely readers, I didn't forget about the song challenge. As I told you yesterday, I was just being busy with working and sleeping :D But as I'm back for good, so is my song challenge.
I think it's quite hard to pick a song that is my guilty pleasure. Sometimes I'm a little to communicative and because of that some people might know things about me that I better kept secret. But when it comes to teeny musical films like High School Muscial or Camp Rock, I think the only ones who know about the fact, that I could watch them over and over again, are my sister and my boyfriend - at least til now! I just love those movies! So, the songs from those films really are kind of my guilty pleasure and one of my favourites really is this one:

Demi Lovato "This is me"

You're the voice I hear inside my head
The reason that I'm singing
I need to find you, I gotta find you
You're the missing piece I need
The song inside of me
I need to find you, I gotta find you

No more Sale, pleaseeeeee!

Some of you might have read my post about I ♥ Sale a few weeks ago. And some of you also might wonder what happend. Why did I used to love it and right now I'm just hating it? I still love to stroll around shops looking for bargains, but as you can imagine, working in shops like H&M, New Yorker, Zara and so on is like hell right now. Due to final sale I had to be at work around 7 or 8 o'clock over the last six days and had to work 10-hour shifts. It was so exhausting and I was just happy to get out of there everyday, went straight to bed and fell asleep. I really didn't do anything else than working and sleeping (ok, and watching Harry Potter :D). I'm soooo happy that I got off the rest of this week because I worked so much over the last few days. Finally time to relax, to read your lovely blogs again and clean up my appartement (I so have to do that!). But before I'll do that I want to show you some of the bargains I found during working my ass off at our store :)

Yes, I'm back for good, but only til next Sale ;)
